CANCELLATION POLICY

• Customers can cancel the product any time before the invoice is prepared. Cancellation will not be permitted once the invoice is created.
• Once the cancellation is completed, customer will receive information about the same in their registered email. The amount will credited through the same mode within 10 business days.
• Our team will always be ready to help you out in case of any grievances before placing the cancellation request.
• Sangeetha Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order at any point of time at our sole discretion.
• The cancellation policy is not valid on products like customized jewellery, gold coin, gold bar, silver coin, silver bar, gift vouchers, gift cards or digital gift cards.
