Returns

At Sangeetha, we are fully committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. If in case you are not satisfied with the product, you can choose to return the order.

You can always return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original invoices and tags. Our courier partner will collect the product from your address and you will not be charged for the same. Your refund process will be initiated once the product is received by us.

Refund

We shall process the refund process once we receive the product from you. Ensure that you return the product with the original invoice or tags, without which your request shall not be accepted.

Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the money directly into your account via the same mode through which the transaction has been made. In cases where customers pay online, the amount shall be credited within 7-15 business days of receipt of the product.

100% refund will be made for your product. In cases of online payment, the amount will be credited to your account within 7- 15 business days of the receipt of your product by us. In case of COD, the refund can be made through cheque or online transfer like NEFT.

How to initiate the refund process for your order-

• Customers are required to contact Sangeetha customer support or email us at sangeetha916gold@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of a product.
• Customers must not return a product before they receive a confirmation mail from our team
• All the products must be returned in their original condition and must be in an unused and unaltered condition.
• Ensure that you provide the original invoice or guarantee card with the product, otherwise the request shall not be accepted.
• No return shall be entertained after 7 days of purchase of the product.
