SHIPPING POLICY

• Customers are kindly requested to provide full details like recipient name, and address which includes nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number.
• At the time of delivery, the customer is required to provide the following for verification by the courier agent- Passport, PAN, Driving License, Voter ID and Aadhaar Card. Customers are requested to cooperate with the agent for a hassle free service experience.
• You are requested to kindly reject the package if it is found to be tampered with or damaged and report the same to us through phone or mail.
• The logistics partner will undertake 3 attempts to deliver the product in cases when the customer is not available during delivery. After 3 attempts, the product shall be returned to us.
• Customers can change the delivery address by logging into sangeethajewellery.com before the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
  
• Order will be processed in 72 hours, delivery within 7 days.
